1. Who we are

This site is operated by GatewayCompare.com, 150C Jellyfish Avenue, Vista Del Mar, Belize District, registration number . Using the site means accepting these terms.

2. What this service is — and is not

GatewayCompare is an informational comparison service. It is not a regulated financial adviser, a payment broker, an introducer appointed representative, or a payment service provider. Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice.

We do not process payments, hold funds, or participate in any agreement you enter into with a provider. That contract is between you and them.

3. Accuracy

We take accuracy seriously: every figure carries its source and the date we read it, and every change is recorded publicly. We still cannot guarantee that any figure is current or correct — providers change pricing without notice and do not always publish it.

Fees and settlement times shown are indicative, not binding quotes. Always confirm terms directly with a provider before signing. Cost estimates are models based on the inputs you supply and on published rates; your actual pricing depends on underwriting.

4. Commissions

Some outbound links earn us a commission. This is disclosed on the links themselves and in full on the disclosure page. Commission has no effect on rankings, scores or the price you are offered.

5. Using our data

You may quote and link our published data — including comparison figures and licence records — with attribution to GatewayCompare and a link to the page you took it from. Please include the date, since figures change and we keep the history so a dated claim stays checkable.

Bulk or automated access should use the API or MCP server rather than scraping. Both are free for read access and return structured data with citations. Systematic scraping that ignores robots.txt or degrades the service is not permitted.

Third-party names and logos belong to their owners and appear for identification only. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any listed provider.

6. Submissions

If you submit a listing, a claim or a correction, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us permission to publish it. We moderate everything and may reject or remove a submission, with a reason. Claiming a listing you have no authority over may result in the account being closed.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on the information here, including any decision to use or not use a provider. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belize, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
