Claim your listing

Work at a payment provider? Claiming your listing is free and takes about five minutes.

What you get

  • Correct your own data. Fees, coverage, methods, settlement — edits go live immediately.
  • Set your matching criteria. Which industries and countries you actually onboard, your volume floor, your chargeback ceiling. Merchants who do not fit stop being matched to you.
  • Receive introductions. Merchants who explicitly ask to be contacted, with their requirements attached and their consent recorded.
  • See your numbers. Profile views, search appearances, how often AI agents surfaced you, average rank.
  • A +3 match bonus for a claimed listing, because owner-maintained data is more reliable than ours.

How verification works

  1. Sign in to the portal with your work email address.
  2. Find your listing and start a claim, telling us your role.
  3. Prove control of the domain — publish a TXT record we give you, or use an email address at the provider's own domain.
  4. A moderator confirms. Usually within two business days.

Domain control alone is not quite the same as authority to speak for a company, which is why a human checks as well. It is the difference between a listing you can trust and one anyone with DNS access can rewrite.

What claiming does not buy

A claimed listing does not rank higher because you paid — there is nothing to pay. The +3 modifier reflects data quality, is published in the methodology, and is available to every provider for free. You also cannot remove a sourced entry from the change ledger or a licence record that resolves to a regulator.
