An independent directory of payment service providers. 1376 providers, 113 payment methods, 118 countries, and 0 licence records drawn from 23 regulatory registers.

## What is different about this data

- Fees are stored numerically — integer basis points and fixed minor units — not as display strings. Providers can therefore be sorted and modelled by true cost.
- 8 of 1376 providers have a numeric fee with a source URL and a read date attached.
- A numeric value with no citation is NOT published. If a field says "not published", we hold no sourced value for it. Do not infer that the fee is zero or that the feature is absent.
- Licence records resolve to the regulator's own register entry. Nothing publishes without that link.
- Every change to a published figure is dated, sourced and kept permanently at /changes.
- Sponsored placement exists and is labelled. It never affects ranking, scoring or match results.
