How the matching works
Six questions, about thirty seconds, and a scored shortlist with the reasoning shown. Free, and you see results before we ask for anything.
1. Tell us about your business
Where you are registered, where you sell, what you sell, how much you process, and which payment methods you need. Approximations are fine.
2. Every provider is scored
0–100 across six weighted components, with the reasons stated. Providers who would decline you are shown separately, with the reason — usually a volume floor or an excluded industry.
3. Compare real costs
Each result shows an estimated monthly cost modelled against your actual volume, and a switch delta against what you pay now if you tell us who you use.
What makes this different from a filter
Most "matching" on comparison sites is a filter over marketing copy: the provider says it serves your country, so it appears. We separate two questions that are not the same — what a provider can do, and who it will onboard. The second lives in criteria that providers set themselves: industries they accept and decline, volume floors, chargeback ceilings, whether they need processing history.
That is why the disqualified list is worth as much as the ranked one. Knowing that four providers will turn you down for a specific, stated reason saves more time than four more names.
Nothing is sent to anyone
We do not ask for your contact details to show you results, and no provider hears from you unless you explicitly request an introduction afterwards — which then needs a confirmation click in your own inbox before anything is shared.
